All of our workshops meet at the Center, at 303 5th Ave. # 603, NY, NY, on Fridays from 9:30-4:30. The cost to professionals is $125. A student discount of 40% and alumni discount of 15% are available. We also offer special pricing for agency groups. MCF externs attend workshops at no cost

Family Therapy as Art Form 
In this workshop we will consider the implications of psychotherapy as a process rooted in art.  We will work on language for talking about the therapeutic process.  This means learning about parallel play, empathy (supportive and therapeutic), therapeutic attention, irony, associative communication and dialectical awareness.
